Carlos O. Chirino brings a rare combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and hands-on industry experience to his practice at Davila Law Firm, P.A. Admitted to the Florida Bar, he focuses on real estate law and estate planning, serving a diverse range of clients, including residential buyers and sellers, investors, developers, small business owners, and families across South Florida.
Before earning his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2025 (Cum Laude), Carlos built over 12 years of experience on the transactional side of the real estate industry as a licensed Real Estate Broker and property manager. That foundation gives him a practical, ground-level understanding of the transactions and challenges his clients face, something few attorneys can offer.
His academic background is equally distinctive. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from FIU (2014) and a Master of Business Administration from FIU (2022). The combination of engineering precision and business strategy shapes the way he approaches legal problems: methodically, efficiently, and with a clear focus on results.
Carlos is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve South Florida's diverse community with clarity and confidence on both sides of the table.
